Jayden started his financial services career in 2019, after graduating with honors from the University of Northern Iowa in 2021. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Real Estate with an emphasis in Personal Wealth Management, and completed an Honor’s Thesis on optimal portfolio creation. He initially worked with Mass Mutual briefly, then operated his planning practice through Northwestern Mutual before going independent with RockWay Wealth Partners in 2025 to expand the scope of work he is able to provide to his clients. His focus is to provide education and plans of action to individuals, families, and especially to small business owners to help them take advantage of many of the wealth creating opportunities created through their entrepreneurship.

Jayden is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®. CFP® professionals meet rigorous education, training and ethical standards, and are committed to serving their clients' best interests. His CFP® demonstrates competence in planning areas such as estate planning, tax bracket management, insurance planning, investment management, and retirement income planning.

He also is a RETIREMENT INCOME CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL®. RICP® is a specialized designation for financial professionals focusing on retirement income strategies and solutions. His RICP® demonstrates depth of knowledge in strategies retirees can utilize to maximize both their income in retirement as well as what they can leave to their families and their community.

In 2020, Jayden experienced a life-altering event—a serious collision involving a semi-truck that resulted in the tragic loss of his brother and required him to undergo emergency brain surgery. Following a remarkable recovery, he gained a renewed perspective on life and purpose. This reinvigorated his passion for his career in financial services, seeing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping others achieve financial security, build generational wealth, and create lasting legacies through thoughtful planning and stewardship.

Jayden likes to spend his free time engaging with the community, rock climbing, hiking, and making music whether it be playing piano or karaoke!
